It has a nice grip, holds diamonds well, but is quite heavy. After prolonged use, your hand starts to hurt.

Product was very poorly packaged

It makes noise and doesn't hold a charge for long, I have another one that holds a charge 3 times longer and doesn't make noise 😥

I am very satisfied with it, thank you.

The product does what it's supposed to do properly. Of the three settings you can adjust, I use the lowest one, but that's not a negative aspect. I'm finally happy to work without a hose. The pen is relatively thick. For children or people with small hands, it might be too thick. But, as I said, it does the job well. It looks just like in the picture.

It's great, vacuums well but a bit big for my small hands. I'll look to buy a thinner one.
