The box arrived dented, and I think they opened it to check the card and make sure they didn't send the secret. 😅

Boxes were squashed but the dolls were fine still thankfully. love these, so cute. arrived quickly.

The delivery took a bit of time, but the reason for the delay was due to a long process at customs clearance.
It seems like you shipped it quickly, right?
It's a shame that the packaging came as a box placed directly into an envelope!
There was a bit of damage to the box because there was nothing to protect it, like bubble wrap or something similar.
I keep looking around and notice that some children have only one eye fixed in one direction, which is a bit of a pity~ There are also children who have only one eye but their eyes still move around.
The quality of the dolls is a bit lower than I expected, which is a bit disappointing, but I'm still somewhat satisfied, and the dolls take photos quite well~

As expected, the silver one is really nice. I like it. It seems there might be a slight difference in price depending on the item. Should I turn my face slightly to the side... Anyway, I'm satisfied!

Box came absolutely crushed beyond recognition, the box had already been opened and looked inside despite being a blind box and not a confirmed design. so if you want a full blind box experience i don’t recommend. giving some stars because the item itself was intact

The man chao mioco realm of oblivion set arrived in perfectly new condition. Thank you city in the heart store for selling at a reasonable price and in new condition. The size of these plushes are small and light-weight enough to carry on your bags. The details and quality of each plush design is chef kiss considering the small size.

The item was not packaged well and, to make matters worse, there were stickers in the box.
Not recommended for those who want to give gifts.

The box arrived crumpled, but the stuffed animal inside was safe. The more I looked at it, the cuter it became.

The prototype arrived in a box that was so flimsy that it didn't even hold the item securely. The card was also a mess, and the contents of the box were falling out during shipping. I don't think such a light doll's box would have been crushed this badly unless it was stepped on. The main body itself had no decoration or bones, so it was barely okay, but it was an impossible condition. I don't think it's the shop's fault, but I was surprised that it was the first time I've seen such damage.
