Item arrived damaged, all trays were broken.

The pens are very good. I recommend them.

Perfectly packaged. The box did not arrive broken, as is the case with other buyers. They feel like they are of good quality, are opaque, and paint completely opaque. You can easily paint light over dark.

The pens have really good pigment but the ink/paint is quite runny and spreads a little on the page
Delivery was quick but even though the package was packed very well, all the trays arrived smashed which is a great pity. I saw in reviews that this is a common problem and perhaps the manufacturer should consider other package options

Pens are perfect. The trays are broken on the corners, the plastic is thin. But the box was sealed with plastic then placed inside a cardboard box, then two bubble wrap post bags so it was very well protected so i'm happy with the shipping packaging. Planning to store them in a pencil roll or upright in container anyway so i'm not worried that the trays are cracked.
