The plush toy is soft and appealing to children. My daughter likes it a lot. It could have more and better details on the stitching, face, etc., but for the price it cost, it's fantastic.

I never received the package, no message to give me a delivery date, nothing at all.

It is impossible to get a refund if the package is not delivered.

I may be disappointed, but in this situation, my child is the one who is most disappointed.
