The quality is good, it arrived quickly. But! This is not helpful at all; it only puts more strain on the neck and makes the body asymmetrical for the mother. It's impossible to hold the child for more than ten minutes. My child weighs almost 12 kilograms. It's better to buy a regular Ergor backpack and that's it.
