You can request a return within 14 days after delivery. Standard returns have a €4.00 EUR (approximately $4.66 USD) flat-rate return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. Return shipping is free for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible. Contact us before sending anything back.
The delivery took too long, more than 40 days to arrive, the quality is much lower than I expected, the plane is made of styrofoam material, with a risk of breaking when pulled to launch. It would be ideal if there was another support to help with the launch.
