Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. They arrived in a bubble envelope in excellent condition.
They are the quantity requested and meet what was promised, there is shine in the color.
The only observation is that they must know how to use them, because they release a lot of ink with even the slightest contact.

I loved how they paint, although they do bleed a lot; they are very sensitive and you only need to touch the sheet to make them paint; you don't need to trace them much.
