Shipping is acceptable, the box it came with was beat up but the activity play mat works fine. Biggest complaint about this is the arch doesn't bend like the stock images. It's too wide and it pushes the thin plastic frame outwards.

If you try to bend the arch, it might snap in half due to the material inside.
