I received the product, but it was wet with some kind of gas inside, as if it was used for washing clothes. I don't know how it got there, as it was tightly packed. I haven't started assembling it yet, but I hope all the pieces are there. I thought someone put gas in the box instead of blocks. I expect some compensation.
