Hi! norwegian here. so i was charged vat at purchase, but because seller didn’t fill out paperwork according to the customs rules in norway i was charged vat again when collecting the package at posten (bring). i tried to resolve it with customer service and sendt them pictures of recieved goods and receipts. they denied me vat refund because of «lack of evidence». when i pressed them to specify exactly what was lacking they closed the case. not impressed. btw it took 4 weeks from ordering to delivery. the machine itself has worked well.
