Very dissatisfied with CTT, on the 9th they tried to make a delivery and I wasn't home, so I put it at a pickup point they suggested. On the 10th I see that it says they couldn't deliver it (the fruit shop was open). Seeing that I had no news and that they had deposited it, I wrote to them, they told me that I had to set a pickup point, I had already set one, but I still set another one, they sent me an automated message that the first one I set was not available (it's one of those fruit shops that are open all day) and that I should set another one, I repeated the corrected pickup point information. I had to exchange several emails until I got the pickup point to accept me. Suddenly it said it was out for delivery, but it didn't arrive until the next afternoon.
According to AliExpress, they should have given me €1 for each item in the package that was delayed from the 13th; I didn't receive the package until the 16th and they haven't given me any €1 coupon, and it was a package of 13 items.

nothing more than a simple piece of regular black tape. I had to add extra strips to make it stick.

There was a little delay in the delivery, but it was worth the wait... I am fascinated with the quality of the product. I only ordered it for the arms of the chair... because the rest of the chair was unlikely to work, but since I had plenty left over, I tried to fix it and it's now like new. Now I just have to wait and see how it holds up over time and with use... I'll post photos of the suede and after.
