The u-shaped design works really well as a neck support, and it gives that extra bit of comfort that helps them settle in for a deeper, more relaxed sleep. it’s soft, lightweight, and perfectly sized for smaller pets. the only issue was that it arrived with a small open seam. fortunately, it was an easy fix with a quick hand stitch, and it’s held up just fine since.
