Returns

Beautiful! Very soft, but it's small! It's best to order one size up.

Nice sandals, soft. They look good on the feet. I ordered size 23 (which is equivalent to 16.5) for a 15 cm foot, and they fit perfectly. Suitable for one season. Not really suitable for wide feet, but the straps are nice and you can adjust the width.

I ordered an insole that was 13.5 cm, but received 13 cm. They have a very unpleasant smell, like acetone. It's clear that they were made carelessly and there are glue residues. Unfortunately, we won't have time to use them and won't wear them, as they will be too small for the summer.

The shoes look exactly like in the photo! I am satisfied, they are very comfortable for the child, soft, flexible, and lightweight. The velcro is good and holds well. They fit both wide and narrow feet. Size 19 - 14.5cm insole. I recommend them!) The only issue was a slight glue smell, but I left them outside overnight and by morning there was no smell at all.

They are flexible, the toe area is not reinforced and it seems like the toes might come out, but for the price they are okay... however, they smell very strongly of plastic or glue.
