Item was destroyed by customs for no reason and the 'refund' tab just glitches and doesn't allow me to file a refund.

Basically just had my money stolen by ali express.

It looks beautiful, made of nice, hard material.

Not bad

Great product, but small for some guitars. For me it worked very well, as I use a 36-inch baby guitar. The included picks are quite soft but seem fragile. I recommend it.
