USB Audio Adapter with 3.5mm Headphone and Microphone Jacks

I don't know why, but when I connect the microphone, the computer's volume goes down and it won't let me turn it up. I have to unplug the adapter and plug it back in without moving anything. I need to test if it works and how it performs with my iPhone because the computer is also filled with noise and interference, like the noise stops for a millisecond when speaking and it causes a delay.

The construction is of good quality.

It does the job; if what you need is to replace a sound card because your device's sound is too low, it does that task well. If you need it to add another sound card but no longer have space in your computer, it works well for that task. But if your idea is to listen to music like an audiophile, with the highest quality, I think that's where you could differentiate yourself from others, as the card is 16-bit and 48. 000hz (DVD quality sound) which is not necessarily bad, but rather good quality; the microphone's listening quality is good, there are no issues with that aspect; the card is recommended and was a good purchase for what I need.
