The box arrived dented, which was expected. I had a small setback because I thought I had ordered a 3.7V battery that was supposed to be part of the product. In reality, the battery for the remote control was missing, which are regular AA batteries. The store's customer service, provided by Alex Pressão, is excellent as always.

The box was received; I was very worried that the machine might be damaged. But everything is intact and it works!! Everything is fine, I really liked it.

The postal service always takes a long time, but the product arrived in perfect condition.

It looks good. Good materials. The blade is not strong.
S
It moves very agilely and has many movements that make its use very fun.

Funny, for that price, nice for the grandchildren, only the shovel is made of aluminum, the rest is plastic but for that price it's worth it, and it's quite fun to use.
S
Excellent product, I recommend it to everyone.

Nice model truck, haven't tried it yet as i'll need to charge the batteries. the box was very damaged in the shipping process, but fortunately the truck appears to have survived undamaged. i'll confirm all okay once i've tested it. shame about the box as it's a gift for my grandson, hopefully he won't mind when he sees the truck !!
