I think the width might be a bit narrow, but size 24 fits perfectly for my 2-year-old daughter who is 9 months old. The design is cute.

The quality is quite good, they are very very flexible, with thin and flat soles. To be perfect, it lacks that the toe is not wide and that the insole inside could be better being simpler.
