It makes noise and doesn't hold a charge for long, I have another one that holds a charge 3 times longer and doesn't make noise 😥

The pen works fine, but I find it too thick and it doesn't fit comfortably in my hand to place the stones properly.

The product does what it's supposed to do properly. Of the three settings you can adjust, I use the lowest one, but that's not a negative aspect. I'm finally happy to work without a hose. The pen is relatively thick. For children or people with small hands, it might be too thick. But, as I said, it does the job well. It looks just like in the picture.

It's great, vacuums well but a bit big for my small hands. I'll look to buy a thinner one.
