I don't understand how to insert the phone if there is a screw screwed in inside the holder? The phone cannot be inserted. Seller, please answer how to fix this, otherwise I will complain and return the product.

Looks great, assembly was very easy. it looks strong.

It's weak

It arrived with the bag open and without the phone holder. There's no difference between buying this and not buying anything at all. You lose your money because without the phone holder it's USELESS. Not recommended at all.

The product arrived incomplete. I only received the tripod and its mount for the table.
The product card states that the package includes a phone mount, a camera mount, and a remote control.
The seller refused the return.
In fact, this bracket is now useless. You will have to order the phone mount separately. It turns out that the price for this product is very inflated.

Good item fast shipping only thing is the bracket is clumsy and started overturning had to change the bolt so it can grab harder
