It's great but it arrived broken

I love it, it's exactly as shown in the pictures, it arrived in perfect condition.

Item arrived damaged. when i try to get a refund, it says it would be at my expense due to “changing my mind” even though i am selecting return for it arriving damaged. so obviously i’m not going to pay more to ship this back at my expense. it would’ve been a neat item if it weren’t damaged.
