I am using this review to report the serious deterioration of customer service and the violation of regulations by the platform:
False rewards and promotions: After investing days of time to earn a reward, as per the rules, the order is unilaterally canceled with trivial excuses. Offering a measly refund of €1 for real damage is an insult to the customer.
Free returns that are fake: They advertise "free returns," but for low-priced "wrong" items, they require the customer to pay for shipping upfront, with vague promises of future refunds. A tactic aimed at shifting the costs and problems of disposing of their junk goods onto the customers.
I buy because of the competitive prices, but be aware that the support is a wall of rubber with no authority and the protections are non-existent.
