I was so impressed with this set, came in a box with a color instruction book. all bags came numbered to follow with the instructions. not one piece was missing and the light kits was so easy to add to the build as i went. i cannot express what a joy it was to build this set and how amazingly beautiful it displays. i highly recommend this set from this store as it arrived in a couple of days to uk as it ships from a uk warehouse. i do hope this store makes more lighted sets in a gothic and horror theme as that is what i look for and not many sets out there fit within the genre.

I’m really amazed by how good and genuine this house set is. The build looks fantastic once finished, and the quality of the blocks is very solid—everything fits together nicely with no issues. The instructions are super helpful and easy to follow. At first, it took a little getting used to working with multiple bags, but they are clearly and nicely numbered, which makes the whole process smooth and organized. Overall, this was a great building experience and absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

This is an absolutely beautiful build. We are really pleased with it. Practical magic is one of our favourite films. The build was exceptional. Yes, some bricks took some pushing together, but it feels a much stronger build. The bricks are actually white! Adding the lighting as you go was brilliant, and the way you add particular bricks to hide the cables was well thought through. The book was easy to follow and the numbered bags. No extra bricks. It's a shame you don't get minifigures with it. I would've liked to see them jumping off the roof on halloween. It was great to get the box, too! Super quick delivery! A fantastic build! Amazingly quick shipping... arrived in just a couple days. I have not built it yet, so cannot speak to the quality/completeness, but bought at the suggestion of someone who has and was completely satisfied. Arrived in a sealed box. Had assumed it would just be bagged, so happy about that.

I love everything about this build! It is a christmas present for my wife, it arrived fast. ( i ordered in time). It is so well built, nice directions, bags labeled, had a box and paper instructions! I didn't know it came with led lights. It is christmas day here and she is already building it and was very surprised and happy. Thanks for the amazing product and wonderful experience.

The house is lovely. One brick was missing which should be at the top of the tower. The lighting works as seen in the photo.

Very nice set, the bricks are of very good quality, well packaged, the instructions are perfect. Fast delivery. Only downside, I am missing 2 window panes. Too bad.
